Proven Wholesale Expertise

 

The ResQUp has proven value and utility in both the professional and ecommerce consumer markets since 2011. Safe Patient Solutions directly ships to retail customers of ecommerce distributors, distributor warehouses, and to health care facilities, including the Veterans Administration, in all 50 states and US territories.

Manufacturing

 

Our contract manufacture for the ResQUp is located in Yuma, Colorado. Their facility is registered with the Food & Drug Administration and are experts in the roto-molding process and fulfillment operations. The ResQUp is a high-quality product that meets rigorous quality control regulatory requirements for the manufacture of a Class I medical devices.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling

 

In most cases, shipping from our manufacturing facility to your warehouse or retail customers using our carriers (FedEx or UPS) results in better pricing and delivery times than most other third-party carriers. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the distributor. However, we offer volume discounts for distributors who warehouse product.

​​Returns

 

Retail customers must contact the distributor where the ResQUp was purchased to arrange a return. Returns will not be accepted at our business address, and we cannot process refunds at that location. Distributors should contact Safe Patient Solutions directly to process returns and refunds due to manufacturing defects.

ResQUp Warranty

 

The ResQUp is warranted for manufacturing defects within one year from the date of end-user purchase. Distributors should notify Safe Patient Solutions of a manufacturing warranty claim by notifying us through our Contact Form that a claim and refund have been requested by your customer. Photographic evidence of damage or defect is required. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Purchase Assistance

Insurance

End-user customers should check with their medical insurance provider about reimbursement for the cost of a ResQUp. The following details may be helpful in supporting their request for coverage:

  • The ResQUp is listed with the FDA as a Class I medical device

  • The HCPCS E-code most appropriate to the ResQUp is “E0705 – Transfer Device”

  • A prescription from a physician for medical necessity

  • A purchase receipt

Health Saving Account

(aka “Medical Spending Accounts”)

The ResQUp is on the SIGIS Eligible Product List and can therefore be directly purchased using FSA or HSA funds. Many distributors accept debit cards connected to FSA and HSA accounts.

Medicare & Medicade

Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for a ResQUp unless prescribed by a
physician and approved by Medicare.
