Return and Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund under certain conditions. Your refunded amount will be less a $20 restocking fee, and return shipping costs are borne by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Initiate your return by contacting us at [email protected]. State the reason for your return and, if accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label. Product sent back to us without first requesting a RA number will not be accepted.

Warranty Claims
The ResQUp is warranted for materials and workmanship by Safe Patient Solutions, LLC, for one year following the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Product returns due to manufacturing defects will be fully refunded (no restocking or shipping fees). For eligibility, send your refund request to us at [email protected] along with photographic evidence of the defect. If accepted, we will refund 100% of the purchase price and send you a Return Authorization number with a
pre-paid shipping label.
